A Day In The Life of Nicolas David Ngan: Principal of the Center For Conscious Ascension

5AM: Woke up early, it's still dark outside. I've been fighting a low grade virus for the past couple of weeks. Made my head fuzzy and the surface of my brain hurts. Been treating it with Colour Light Therapy Immune Treatments. Feel clearer this morning for the first time in a fortnight. Great! I usually wake up with lots of new ideas bubbling up from my subconscious, well really from my Spirit. Usually they are for the next part of my first book "Your Soul Contract Decoded: The Spiritual Map of Life". Spirit is writing the book through me. There is definitely a Divine Plan in action here. What I initially thought was a straightforward DIY way of self generating a Soul Contract Reading for readers has turned into something much more expansive.

It's an exciting week as my literary agent is finalising negotiations with several publishers on a deal to publish the book. I am quietly optimistic that the Universe will come up with something wonderful by the end of the week that will take this work out to the whole world. I've been working on it since October 2010 when the idea for it which had been kicking around in the back of my mind for several years really got catalysed into reality by a Nick Williams authors workshop. That was the beginning of a long journey of rapid unfoldment for the material. The process feels a little surreal at times and part of doesn't quite believe it's all happening. But the Universe clearly has a plan for it as great people keep turning up to help me get it out there, like my friend Steve Nobel, who's also a writer, and has given me the low down on how this process works, Julia McCutchen, my publishing consultant and Susan Mears my literary agent. There are also the various editors who have shown great enthusiasm for the material. Doors just keep opening at the right time, so be it. I 'm going to write some more of the later chapters now which are nearly done.

7am: I've reached the end of the creative writing flow for the book for now. The energy has dropped. It feels like it's time to go back to sleep for a while to compensate for the unusually early start this morning. Its a busy day ahead.

930am: Woke up refreshed. Grey and rainy outside. Feel like the worst of the darkness is over this winter. Looking forward to Spring. Feels like 2012 s all about new beginnings for humanity. New seeds of consciousness sprouting for the first time. Its exciting this time. Can't wait to get on with the year. Lots of old structures in the world are being deconstructed and new, higher conscious ones are being built by all of us as a collective consciousness to replace them. People are taking their power back, we are no longer relying on some outside authority to run our lives. Power is being redistributed throughout the world. Great change is indeed upon us. Back to more mundane things, time for an abhyanga (Ayuvedic oil massage) and the 5 Tibetans yoga ( a form of yoga) to get grounded and centred for the day. Then breakfast.

1030am: Working on some legal documents. Does my head in this stuff as you've got to get it exactly right. Means lots of read throughs and continuous small corrections. Glad I didn't become a lawyer.

1230pm: Headed off to Ahlmeirah's place (my ex-business partner who I used to run the Center For Conscious Ascension with) for lunch. It's always good to bounce ideas off each other, rather than having to work things out by ourselves. Lightworkers need lots of mutual support and we are no exception. It's a lot better to work in teams, even if its just regular support and not a full business partnership any more as is this is the case for us.

230pm: After a longer than planned lunch, we got into working on a joint online client database. Different discipline required here to get our heads around what our website people had built for us. The aim here is to have a means of understanding what has been going on with our businesses quickly and easily. Learning more skills again. More stretching of our minds.

3pm: Rushed down to the Post Office to send my legal documents. Spent some time with my son who just got home from school.

4pm: More work on the database. Not as traumatic or as complex as I thought it might turn out to be. Setting the schedule for summer workshops, including Manifest Your Soul's Contract, Integration Workshop for Walk-Ins. The way we do this is to look at the possible dates on a wall calendar and feel which ones are the strongest energetically for each so that the spiritual energy can be as supportive of them as much as possible. Helping Ahlmeirah with miscellaneous computer issues. Preparing product for this weekend's Divine Healing Level 2 Training presented by Ahlmeirah.

6pm: Headed home to chill out over a nice Asian Fusion dinner.

7pm: Catching up on a pile of admin and client emails. Chilled out watching The Shawshank Redemption. Very moving to see how men really started to value the time we have in life when that is taken away from them while imprisoned.

Navigating 2012

Well, here we are at last. It's 2012. Time sped up and its finally arrived. Something we've been waiting for and thinking about for a long time. It is the reason most of us are incarnate here on Earth at this time. We came for this very special occasion, to bring our great gifts of love from many previous lifetimes on Earth and other planets, into manifestation now. You are reading this because you are what are called Service Souls, Lightworkers or Star Seeds. The majority of the population on Earth have deliberately chosen to go very asleep in their consciousness. This is why many of you feel so different from them. You are here to bring a higher level of consciousness into a lower consciousness reality to raise the frequency of all those you come into contact with. Each of you has had vast experience in Ascending a Planetary Game of Separation like this one on Earth having done this many times before.

Within you is stored your Divine Purpose. This is the Sacred Gift of Love that your soul has carried within you for many lifetimes, waiting for a moment like this. The Ascension out of separation/polarity consciousness into Unity Consciousness which we transitioning through this year. Now is the time to bring your Divine Purpose on-line, it is really needed. You may have felt you came here all alone on a solo mission and have had to work it all out by your self. This is not the case. As you clear enough of your emotional ego separation programs your soul's consciousness starts to become more predominant in your life. This is called the point of Soul Integration. As the ego is gradually assimilated into the energies of your Soul, your heart will begin to open more. As this happens it is most important to follow the feeling in your heart as to what is the next right action in each Now moment. Another benefit of this heart opening is that your fellow Ascension Team members, those you contracted with to meet up with again this time around, will start to manifest in your life so together you can Co-Create Heaven on Earth in each Now moment.

The drama of our lives is lived out only within our ego. It is but a small part of the vaster, loving, serene and expanded Higher Consciousness of our Spirit. This is the part of you that is not embodied. As you rise in consciousness and stay connected more and more of the time with your Spirit, the charge within your ego will begin to dissolve into the peace & love of your essential nature. This peace is the first Gift of the Holy Spirit as we make this wonderful transition during 2012. More of these Gifts will start to unfold this year.

Soul Contract Reading Training: Fourth Day

Goto Day 3

Looked at Non-English phonetic names today. Converting them into the equivalent English phonetics for conversion into Hebrew sounds. Covered French & Swedish family members of the students. Got quite emotional at times as the truth of parents and siblings lives was revealed for the first time. It's helping the family healing process for the students as they can have more compassion & less charge around the family.

Got into an overview of the deeper process for giving a complete reading. Holding the space for a client so they can be ready to receive the highest level of truth about their lives. Showing them what the issues are they need to face & how to transmute them so they can move forward on the Spiritual Map of Their Life. Gave a very in depth demo reading of how to do this.

Spent the rest of the afternoon with the students giving in depth readings to each other which is the climax of the course. To see how much they have learnt & integrated. Giving feedback to help them refine their reading presentation skills.

Everyone feeling tired from the strong energy transmission but satisfaction felt by all including me at the very end.

Soul Contract Reading Training : Third Day

On Day 3 we finished off the student readings then looked at different gateways that are incorporated in the some of the 22 numbers. These are the symbolic directions like North, South, East, West, Height & Depth. There are also symbolic body organs e.g. left eye, right eye, small intestine etc. Which actually contain specific programs for the Hebrew number they are associated with. Went to the next deeper layer of the work using examples of relay people and looked at the specific meanings of the numbers in physical karma, talents & goals, then physical karma, talents & goals & the soul destiny. Also started on the recommendations for overcoming the karmic aspects of each of the numbers. For once we have revealed the deepest truth of a pattern someone is trying to transmute its important to give them the tools to undertake this in the most efficient way possible.

Soul Contract Reading Training: Second Day

On the second day we did more example readings of friends & family of the students to keep giving them a transmission of how the reality of people's lives are created in each moment by their soul contract. The aim being to cover all of the 22 Hebrew numbers we use. This is to begin to establish in the students minds the essence of the meaning of each number relative to the others. Gave the structure of how a reading is put together in terms of tuning into the key words within the interpretation manual that resonate for the client. Then how to develop the story with these words that links the talents to the karma & the goals which eventually leads to the manifestation of the soul destiny. This is the playing out of the Spiritual Map of Life for a client so they can see what they have been creating for themselves & where they are on the Map. What obstacles they face & how to overcome them to really get on with life.

The afternoon was spent preparing a reading of a friend for another student then delivering it in pairs. This was to get a taste for the interpretation & delivery process.

Soul Contract Reading Training: First Day

Had a good first day of the Soul Contract Reading Training Level 1. Students are initiated into the energies of the work by awakening their DNA to the remembrance of how this is done. Then they are aligned to the work at all levels of their being.

The primary concept that letters and numbers in Hebrew have the same sound, same symbol and same meaning was introduced. Hebrew comes out of the movement & sound of Great Spirit in the creation of this reality as sound is creative, becasue in the beginning there was The Word.

An overview of the Tree of Life was given, this is where the 3 Mother Letters are born from the energies of Great Spirit/God. Divine Masculine, Divine Feminine and the Mother energy aspects of God. These then give birth to the 7 Double Letters which contain the intense dualist karmic patterns of incarnate life e.g. poverty to wealth, life and death and foolishness to wisdom. These then produce the 12 simple letters. Altogether these comprise the 22 frequencies that create our experience of incarnate human life.

They learnt the basics of how to correlate Hebrew sounds to birth certificate names and how to extract the corresponding Hebrew numbers. Process these through a Star of David to decode the physical/spiritual karmic, talent, goal & soul destiny aspects of someone's lifetime that create their reality in each moment.

Karma being defined in this case as a set of unresolved past life issues the soul has brought in to this life time to create a negative context for the ego personalityto transmute. Once this is done, the gifts of service deep within the karmic pattern can be claimed and delivered to the world. Talents are the latent abilities that come into consciousness to overcome the karma. Goals are our dreams the underlying incentive we have to get out of bed in the morning, the things we are really striving for in life. As the talents are honed against the karmic patterns they can help us manifest more of our goals. The soul destiny is the product of working through all of the six other aspects; physical and spiritual karma, talents and goals.

Then spent the rest of the afternoon introducing the essence of the interpretations of some of the 1-22 Hebrew numbers we use in this system. The main object of the training is to be able to differentiate between the keys meanings of each of these numbers. This was done using examples of the experience of real people in their lives so they could relate to the feeling of what Soul Contracts manifested.

The workshop works at a mental (all the talking), emotional (relating to real life people's experience) and and energetic level ( where the students receive a full body transmission of the 22 numbers, which is where the deepest learning occurs)

Homework was to prepare the charts for friends and family for use on Day 2.

Focus on your Creation rather than opposing what you don't want

I signed the petition about stopping the EU & UK Govt regulations which are attempting to eliminate natural health care options but then it occurred to me that there is a more powerful way to achieve this that applies to all the things in our lives we don't like but are nevertheless in our reality.

By the Universal "Law of Attraction", whatever we focus on with our thoughts and feelings will be drawn to us and will manifest in our Reality. If we only focus on opposing regulations such as this, all we will get is the manifestation of them e.g. many Americans didn't like George Bush 3rd in his first term as President and focused on opposing his election for a second term. Because that was where all their attention and energy went, guess what, they manifested him again. There is a similar situation here with natural healthcare and many other areas of our lives that we care about that are being legislated against.

The emphasis in these campaigns needs to be focussed on creating the reality we desire, in this example free choice in alternative health care, vitamins & supplements etc. If we had tens of millions of people focussing all their thoughts and feelings on this then there is a very good chance that we will manifest this, as the Universe will naturally rearrange around the powerful positive feelings & and thought forms and pictures of reality they are generating.

For example, if each day if we had tens of millions of people sitting quietly just after they wake up & just before they go to sleep (when our subconscious is in a more relaxed theta brain wave state, so we have maximum access to the subconscious mind for reprogramming it) in a meditative/altered state with their eyes closed saying out loud the same positive manifesting affirmation:

"I AM manifesting the freely available use of natural herbs, minerals and natural health care, education and information within the European Union for every one's highest and best good. Thank you for this gift of Love"

While saying this, if we focus in our minds eye on the vision of this as already done and the loving feelings in our heart that its already done and then allow our system to move to naturally feeling the Gratitude (most important as this connects us to Source allowing us to bypass the ego programs creating the reality we don't want in the first place) then it has to happen eventually. Especially if we have tens of millions of people doing it.

We are Conscious Masters of the Creation of our reality and that amount of positive manifesting energy from millions of people will overcome the negative reality being created by a much smaller number of unconscious EU & Government legislators who only seek to control human consciousness. Higher consciousness, especially Love and Truth, always overcomes lower consciousness in this reality.

The powers that be don't want the majority of people to know that they have this sort of power because if everyone knew and acted upon this then our world would be a much better place. We would Create Heaven on Earth much more rapidly.

This process can be used for all the situations in your life big and small that you wish to change to something better.

Creating Heaven on Earth

Eventually the ego has to Surrender to Spirit, has to let go control of the small self, the personality we think is US. For in this inevitable phase of raising our consciousness we discover that the ego-mind has been fiercely fighting the flow of Spirit for our entire lives and making things hard for us.

With Surrender comes great peace, for there is no longer anything to do, we can just be in the Great Peace that comes with the Letting Go into the infinite all knowing Intelligence of Spirit which is who we really are. When we act purely from the prompting of our Spirit, life flows with so much Grace & Ease, all is provided on an as needed basis. This prompting is through our emotions, feelings and bodily sensations as to what is the next "right" thing to "do". We are starting to Live Heaven on Earth.

A more & more people start to do this, we will Co-Create a New World of Unity, Love & Abundance which will rise from the ashes of the old male dominant perspective civilisation (this doesn't mean just men are doing this, as both men & women are programmed with this hierarchical command & control perspective) which is rapidly dying around us. Heaven on Earth is starting to manifest within all of US.

Top Ten Tips To Living Fully

Recently, I was asked by a journalist what would be my top ten tips to become more conscious and fulfilled in life. The lady was writing an article on the Soul Contract Readings I give, and wanted to include some spiritual advice as part of the article. It really got me to think about how I live my life and what advice do I share with people in my sessions and workshops. Here is my list for creating Heaven on Earth and living life more consciously and fully. I hope you find it useful. I am not wishing to set myself up as a spiritual guru, this is more to share with you what works for me and perhaps it could work for you.

1. Follow your heart, it is the wisest part of you. Most of us learn to disconnect from the heart’s gentle tugging early on in life and rely heavily on reason to make decisions. While the mind is very good at organising ideas and concepts and seeing the different aspects of things, it is not very good at discerning the truth. This is where the heart is King. Truth is an elusive thing, which can seem to go against reason, because the mind is inherently conservative and doesn’t want to take risks. I have learned to follow my heart in all the major decisions in my life. It has taken me on an amazing journey and I don’t regret a minute of it. The heart is inherently courageous, the more you follow your heart, the more courage becomes unleashed to leap off into the unknown and into what your soul has planned for you!

2. Do what you love, love what you do. So many of us do jobs that we dislike, live lives that feel empty and unfulfilling. It is like a kind of dying. It leads to stress, conflict, depression and ultimately disease. When we love what we are doing, our body feels relaxed, the mind feels focused, we are creative, we radiate health and positivity to all around us, and most importantly we are happy. And we all deserve to be happy, don’t we? So if you are unhappy in your life, take a look at what are those moments when you feel dull and de-energised, this is your cue that you should not be doing this. For me this is doing my bookkeeping. The great thing is that we are all so varied and different. And that for every job you hate, there is someone else who would probably love it. I found a lovely bookkeeper who takes great pride and pleasure in doing my books. We are all happy. And if you don’t know what to do, pay attention to what makes you feel alive, passionate and inspired. This is your cue that this is the right direction for you. Follow it, it will lead you to true creativity and a fulfilled life beyond your wildest dreams.

3. Let go of the old and what isn’t working for you. This is a kind of extension on the above, and relates to doing a bit of feng-shui in your life. One of the truths of life, is that things change and are impermanent. Often we forget this and just because something has worked for a while we tend to think it should be forever. This is true for all aspects of life, be it your diet, your relationships, your job, everything. It can be hard to spot because as humans we are creatures of habit. We can get into ruts of what is familiar and known. It is “comfortable”. Again it requires a bit of honesty to look at an aspect of your life and realise, this is not working anymore. It can be easy to change if it is something relatively small such as the colour of your bedroom, or it can require a huge leap of faith, such as a change of career. What I do know, is that every time a door closes, many more open. By saying no to the job that is draining you, or the relationship where your needs are not met, you are also saying yes to a fantastic new reality. Have courage, let go, and let the universe pour its gifts out to you.

4. Trust Yourself. So many of us grow up not trusting ourselves. We don’t trust our body to tell us what to eat and how much and end up with weight issues. We listen to everybody else to tell us what we should do in life, with whom and how. This all leads to a great deal of heartache and feelings of disempowerment. It has taken me years to learn to trust myself again. And when I have not trusted myself and followed an external authority, I always end up finding out that my gut instincts were correct and I should have trusted myself. Trusting yourself is the most loving thing and empowering thing you can do. Ultimately, trusting yourself, reconnects you to your feelings, to your intuition, to your essence. The more you trust yourself, the more your intuition opens. It does require courage again, and the maturity to stand by your decisions and their consequences, even when they seem to cause a lot of turmoil around you.

5. Be kind and loving towards yourself. You are the main person in your life, the constant component which is in every action, decision and experience. Do you deserve love in every moment of your life? Of course you do. As a child of God, a creation of the Divine, you are special and unique just the way you are, warts and all. Do you yearn for unconditional love and appreciation from those around you? Then give it to yourself. Write out a list of all your gifts and qualities. I did this with my nine year old son. His confidence at school had been knocked by constant criticism of his writing skills. The teachers always seemed to focus on what was not right, instead of what he is doing right. Does that ring a bell? I spent about ten minutes with him typing out all of his gifts and qualities. We came up with about 80. I am sure if you do this exercise you will easily fill a page. This is an incredibly empowering and uplifting exercise to do. It can help change your mindset from the constant critic to a more loving and gentle attitude towards yourself. You can give yourself love by telling yourself how much you love yourself daily, when you look in the mirror, you can do a meditation with it. Spend time in front of a mirror and look at yourself as if you had never seen your reflection before. What can you see in those eyes? In this face? Can you love this person? Say it out loud. Let your body hear how much you are loved.

6. Express Gratitude for all you have. I learned this one a long time ago and it makes a huge difference in life. It shifts the mind to focussing on the half empty glass to the half full glass. And as you know, what you focus on grows, it is a Universal Law. So if you keep your focus and feel grateful for all you have, the universe keeps giving you more of it. The energy of gratitude resonates at the same frequency as Love and Abundance. So guess what, when you express gratitude, it opens your heart and you open to abundance. Magic!

7. Try something challenging regularly. Some of you might wonder at this advice after all the above about loving yourself and doing what you love. The point of it is that we have inherent resistances in our system, that stop us growing and fulfilling our potential. You could call these fears or programming too. In a way the ego is a closed system. It wants to maintain a status quo, not be challenged and stay in control. By challenging ourselves, we break out of the box and grow in ways, which we would not have otherwise experienced. It takes a little courage, but the rewards are huge.

8. Let your gifts shine. We all have thousands of gifts and qualities and to state the obvious they are to be used. The difficulty is that we often let hang ups and low self esteem hold us back. When we let our gifts shine, we shine a light in the world. Don’t be afraid to say the truth, express how much you love someone, give a hug, smile to a stranger. Imagine you are like the sun. Your purpose is to shine, to warm and energise all those around you. Whatever your gifts are, use them to the full and make the world a richer and better place. And you will feel so fulfilled!

9. Forgive yourself and others. The journey of life is full of disappointments, hurts, wounds. We have all experienced this. Holding on to grudges and grievances is a huge burden. It saps your energy and eventually can make you sick. When we forgive, we free ourselves as well as the other person or situation. It frees the energy up so you feel more alive and creative in your life. Forgiveness is compassion. It is recognising that every action is always dictated by how we are programmed in that moment. And so we are truly innocent. We are not doing “bad” for the hell of it, we are just programmed a certain way. And the thing is that we have to make so-called “mistakes” in order to grow. So there are no mistakes, it is all perfect. Forgive yourself and allow yourself to move forward, free like the wind, and full of aliveness and wisdom.

10. Be still, be present to the beauty of every moment. Whenever I get rattled or overwhelmed I know that I need to come back to stillness. My guides often communicate to me in songs, and I hear them singing “Be still and Know, That I Am God”, repeating it over and over. We live in a super pressured world, always trying to fit in more, be more efficient and productive. It’s easy to lose our centre in that, and to start living on the outside of ourself. But then the beauty of life evades us. After all how long is life? Since having a child I have become so much more aware of the passing years. Already he is nine, another nine years and he will be leaving home. Every moment is precious, whether it is with yourself, your food, your family, expressing your creativity in your work. Every moment is filled with huge potential to create. Be still and know, that You are God.

Twenty Two Movements Of God

Esoterically, sound is creative.

Our birth certificate names are made up of the Movements/Sounds/Words of God in the act of of the creation of Creation.

Hebrew is one of the sacred languages that comes out of this movement. There are 22 Movements/Sounds in Hebrew.

These sounds are programmed into our energy systems and our DNA, by our soul and create our reality in each moment by the Law of Attraction.

These 22 sounds set in place the karmic patterns or challenges for our lives, the latent talents or abilities we are to develop to overcome the challenges. They also put in place our goals or dreams, the underlying drive we have in life we are here to fulfill. Overall they set in place our purpose in life, our soul destiny, why we decided to incarnate on Earth once more.

Aleph (1): This is the male aspect of God and represents Unity, Power and Stability. It is all about coming into the proper use of spiritual power with integrity.

Beth (2): This is all about support and objectivity. It is about coming into emotional resilience, balance and great wisdom

Gimel (3): Overcoming unworthiness to access the depth of soul wisdom and knowledge and to communicate it out into the world. Great leadership and teaching abilities.

Daled (4): It represents the duplication of God's abundance and the sharing of it in the World. It is about coming into a place of worthiness & trust to receive God's abundance, then to duplicate and pass it on to others.

Heh (5): This is changing and growing with continuous movement, coming into the physical world from the world of abstraction. Being pioneering, courageous and seeking freedom. Expressing the truth no matter what.

Vuv (6): Taking an idea that is true for you and manifesting it into physical reality through focus and will.

Zion (7): The link which unites. Opening the heart, expressing your true self in the world. Connecting with and networking people together so that a greater unified whole emerges from this action.

Ches (8): Grounding on the Earth plane physically and emotionally and creating a perfectly harmonised interaction with your external environment.

Tes (9): The dragon/serpent energy. This is about coming into great flowing steely, invincible power. A powerful catalyst for change. Very creative. Really surrendering and connecting to Spirit. You are protected by God with this energy.

Yod (10): This is the potential manifestation of Spirit into this reality. Connected to Source. The balanced expression of masculine and feminine energies in service on Earth.

Caf (11): A sign of assimilation that discerns from all the forms, ideas and concepts that come to it and creates/builds a new structure of truth from them.

Lamed (12): This is the absorbtion, expansion and expression of great love and knowledge. It flows and is always seeking growth.

Mem (13): The Divine Feminine aspect of God. Love, wisdom and passive maternal action. Stillness, waiting for those who need to be unconditionally loved to come to it for nourishment.

Nun (14): This is the energy of reflection. A multidimensional mirror where others can see hidden parts of themselves. Emotional intensity and great discernment.

Samech (15): Inner circular movement. On a journey to finding God through feeling in your body either inside out outside ourselves.

Ayen (16): Spiritual energies coming down to the Earth plane which are given material meaning and expression in a way that is accessible to all people.

Peh (17): The flow of God's message to reach people and remind them who they are.

Tzaddi (18): This is finality and solution. After many lifetimes of experience, one reaches a point of having to choose to follow the path of Spirit or not.

Kof (19): Spiritual energies coming down to the Earth plane and manifesting into material form. Creating a space for others to understand and achieve their goals.

Resch (20): The energies of great movement and exploration in life, these are always moving and seeking new experience.

Shin (21): The Mother energies of God, utilising intelligence, duration, strength and durability to last, overcome and grow.

Tau (22): The reconnection back to our Source, completion of the cycles of incarnation. The creation of oneness within Self. The blending of mind body and soul. Accessing all of the multidimensional parts of oneself from here to The Source. Being of total service.

These sounds create the content of our human ego, the lens through which we view life. They create the context of our life within this reality for us to work through so that we can awaken from our unconsciousness and re-experience ourselves as All That Is once more in a very specific way.

Strange Symptoms

As we get closer to 2012, a gradual raising in frequency is taking place, for earth and all of humanity. These shifts in consciousness can seem seamless, such as people in general being more aware about spiritual concepts. But they can also happen suddenly and have quite an effect at a personal level.

We recently had one such event, with the lunar eclipse on New Year’s eve opening a gateway for more consciousness to arrive on Earth, which culminated in the solar eclipse on the 14th of January. Vast amounts of Unifying Light were downloaded through the Earth’s ley lines and through those people receptive to it. The energy of Unity is reminding us that we are all One, that there is no separation between you and me, or between you and the Divine. All is One.

The initial embodiment of this amazing level of consciousness can cause some very strange symptoms. Personally, I experienced enormous expansion of consciousness and bliss initially, closely followed by feelings of disorientation, feeling slightly wobbly and unbalanced. These feelings were also accompanied by a huge increase in sensitivity so that my nervous system felt overwhelmed by a normal day’s load of sensory input. At a feeling level there was a feeling of being over-stimulated. This was accompanied by insomnia.

The downloads of light were on and off for several days, each time followed by more strange symptoms, including physical detox symptoms such as nausea and headaches, and psychological effects such as an increase in anxiety or fear, questioning everything and feeling homesick. There can also be an increase or recurrence of old symptoms as the body lets go at a deeper level.

It is useful in such times, to surrender to what is happening and allow the changes to take effect. The more we try and control the effect of the Light, the more symptoms we tend to get. We are being transformed to Beings of Light, and to the ego/personality, this is scary and incomprehensible. It is like a fish trying to comprehend what it would be like to live on dry land.

These symptoms occur because our bodies do not know how to cope with the increase in frequency. The Lightbody receives the Higher Light and acts as a bridge between the Higher Self and the physical body. However, as we came here to experience being separate from the Divine, the Lightbody has blocks in it and so we get these strange symptoms. The Lightbody Integration work is designed to remove these blocks and activate the Lightbody so that it can perform its function of bridging the Light with Grace and Ease. This allows the potential for greater embodiment and expression of your Divine Potential.

Heavenly Support

We all have "bad" days. Days when we feeel tired, overwhelmed, sad, angry, frightened, worried and all the rest. Sometimes we go through difficult periods such as a relationship break-up, a bereavement, work problems, financial stress. When we feel these emotions, our frequency drops and it makes it more difficult to rise out of the difficulty. We can fell trapped in our negative thinking and feeling.

A simple way I find of changing the energy is to focus on something that is inspiring to you. This could be an Ascended Master, an Angel, someone you find inspiring (e.g. Gandhi, Mother Teresa), or simply a quality like Love or Beauty.

Recently, I got ill from eating bad fish and as a result I became quite toxic. I decided to do a liver cleanse to clean out the toxins. After that, I had a day of feeling very heavy, tired, confused, unworthy. I was detoxing emotionally. I decided not to allow those feelings to take me over and to focus on that which inspires me. I feel very inspired by Jesus Christ, or Sananda as he is known in his Ascended state (I am not a "Christian"). He had so much courage to come to Earth when the consciousness of humanity was so low and his message of Love and Compassion is so powerful. He succeeded in embodying Divinity in a Human body. I connected to Sananda's energy perhaps 10 times that day, and again on going to sleep.

The next day I awoke in a state of spontaneous Bliss and Gratitude. I thanked Sananda for his support.

What Is The Lightbody?

The Lightbody is the 5th dimensional energetic bridge between the Higher Self in the higher dimensions and the human physical and energetic bodies (emotional, mental and spiritual) and personality consciousness. It is composed of sound, light, colour and geometries. It holds the template for us to return to our true nature as beings of Light. We normally look something like the glowing white ETs in the movie Cocoon.

When we first incarnate the Lightbody is normally dormant. We feel disconnected from Spirit/God/All That Is. The Ascension process requires us to reactivate the Lightbody so we can fully reconnect to Spirit/God/All That Is. This involves clearing all the energetic structures, programming and beings keeping us asleep in unconsciousness in the Game of Separation from Spirit. The rebuilding of the pathways that will reconnect us energetically and consciously to our Higher Self can then commence.

We also need to let go all the illusory ego emotional separation programming that creates the story of our lives. When the time is right the Higher Self will send specific encodements into our Lightbody to turn us into beings of Light again and transcend this third dimensional Earthly reality and take full memory of this experience of being so separate from God back with us. This is true immortality, the preservation of memory. Normally when we transcend dimensions, those who cannot cope with the consciousness shift loose all memory of the third dimension during the transition.

Lightbody Integration work has been brought to Earth due to humanity’s request to the Karmic Board of Earth for a means to dismantle the Game of Separation as every experience that Spirit/All That Is desired to have by playing this Game has been completed. It comes from outside the rules of the Earthy Matrix, as a karmic dispensation, in order to dismantle the Matrix. We only need to have the square root of 1% of the World’s population (less than 8000 people) to hit a trigger frequency of consciousness then everyone on Earth wakes up. This is because we are all connected as One via the Christ Consciousness Grid surrounding Earth.

The Lightbody is the means for us to return to our true nature which is Love.

The Greater Wisdom of the Heart

Often in life, we are challenged by decisions which may be very hard to make. Inevitably, the mind comes up with arguments for and against every possibility and it will continue churning out more opinions, views, pros and cons until you can feel quite confused.

I have found over the years, that allowing the heart to make those decisions is the wisest course of action. The process is simple, quieten yourself and relax whatever way works for you. This may be taking a walk in nature, meditating, listening to your favourite piece of music. It is important to let go as much as possible all the mind talk around the decision with which you want clarity. When you have achieved this calm, simply visualise or feel in your body each possibility one at a time and feel what happens in your heart. The best course of action will cause the heart to expand, even though the mind may be afraid of this course of action.

This time last year, my husband and I were separating. Obviously, it was a very trying and painful time and I was faced with the choice of moving to a smaller rented property or staying in the large house we were already renting. My mind kept saying that it would be good to downsize, as the bills would be smaller and of course, on one income, that made sense. But when I checked in with my heart, I experienced a huge expansion in the chest around staying in the big house by myself.

Over the years, I have learned to trust my heart’s guidance, so I stayed, even though I did not know if I would be able to manage the bills and looking after the house on my own.

A year on, I can honestly say it has all worked out for the best.

My message to you is trust your heart, it is the wisest part of you.

Why The Law of Attraction “Appears” Not To Work At Times

Most people are familiar with the Law of Attraction. When you focus on something you desire in your life and feel the positive high frequency emotions around it as if its already come into manifestation, especially gratitude, it should eventually turn up in your reality. When sometimes it doesn't manifest, we think 'Hey this stuff is not working!'. Well actually the Law of Attraction is always working, its more a matter of what you are really attracting to your self. When we consciously work with the Law of Attraction, another Universal Law also activates called the Law of Opposites, which is not mentioned in the DVD "The Secret". Initially we get the opposite of what we desire. The reason for this is to give us a context, a contrasting polar opposite, for truly experiencing, valuing and feeling gratitude for our the desired manifestation.

About a year ago I needed to buy a new (well a second hand) car. I carefully focussed on the exact model and year I desired, it’s condition, one lady driver who hadn’t thrashed it too much and the maximum price I was prepared to pay. I did all my manifestation processes. I found a prospect on the internet and went to look at it. I was really disappointed. It had been a football fan’s car and they had trashed it. It smelt of smoke on the inside, the upholstery was stained, the body work was dented. I couldn’t even start it to take it for a test-drive as the battery was flat. I was in despair. “What’s gone wrong? This isn’t what I ordered from the Universe.” I said to myself on the way home. I started beating myself up. Then I remembered the Law of Opposites and stopped and said to myself “I’m actually very close to my manifestation of my perfect car. The door to it materialising in my reality is actually open right now, not closed.”

The other important thing I did was to bring consciousness to all the feelings of distrust, disbelief, despair, unworthiness and fear that had come up as a result of putting my desire out into the Universe with the Law of Attraction. I realised it was these hidden unconscious and subconscious agendas, feelings, and programs that were also creating a barrier to my manifesting my new car. They were sending out negative vibrations through the Law of Attraction to stop my car from turning up. I specifically identified these using Soul Contract Reading work. The Law of Attraction draws to us whatever it is we are sending out vibrationally to to the Universe both positive and negative vibrations. It is always ‘on’.

I needed to clear these patterns urgently or my car wouldn’t turn up. I turned to Divine Healing Master Key , which is based on “Ask and you shall receive”. It allowed me to access my Higher Self to show me what the underlying programs were that were generating all the negative vibrations. It then also allowed me to ask my Higher Self to clear these programs.

Late that evening having pulled myself out of my negative spin, I went on the internet again. Another car matching my desired specification had just been posted two hours ago. “Immaculate example” it stated. I rang up the dealer immediately and booked an appointment. When I got there at 9am sharp the next day I realised I had found my car and it was indeed in immaculate condition for it’s age, and there had been only two previous owners the last one was a lady driver who’d really treated it gently. The other thing that had happened was that the dealer had dropped the price as he was keen to shift some stock before the holidays. I brought it on the spot.

I had stepped through the door of opportunity by staying focussed on my desire, not allowed the Law of Opposites to distract me and most importantly dealt with my own unconscious programming that was also blocking my manifestation with Divine Healing Master Key . It was a real eye opening experience for me as I realised that in the Now moment I can create whatever I like by letting go the belief that what’s happened in the past determines what happens next. What happens next is entirely 100% determined on what I focus on Now and how well I clear the programming in the way of it becoming a Reality.
